How do I rent a unit?

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept online payments through ACH bank transfers with automatic payments available. We also accept checks mailed to: PO Box 564, Kirksville, MO 63501.
What am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store anything hazardous or flammable, living plants or animals, liquids, drugs, weapons or explosives. Contact us if you are unsure about a specific item.
Can large trucks and trailers access the units?
Large trucks and trailers only have easy access to the 10 x 24 units. Moving trucks greater than 18 feeet long and pick-ups with trailers longer than 12 feet may have difficulty completing turns around the facility. Please consider these limitations before renting a unit.
